Kegerator Art: Big Mountain Pale Ale from Alaskan Brewing

I know. I know.. I'm not the greatest artist, especially after a few pints.

Looking further into Big Mountain, I then realized it was only a spring seasonal. My taste-buds were obviously disappointed to hear that this was only a temporary enjoyment. So, I sent Alaskan Brewing a tweet asking about it.

Despite the generic response and the complete loss of hope that it would become year-round any time soon, I should probably start working on getting another keg before it's too late.

And, as you can see from above, I don't have the classic kegerator with a tower setup. Instead, I actually converted an old fridge to a draft beer dispenser the same week we converted this Smeg Fridge. I had so much fun converting the fridge, not to mention realized how easy it was to do. Because I had a larger fridge than the Smeg, I wanted a dual-tap setup. This is the dual-tap conversion kit that I bought, in case anybody wants to do the same.

I then covered the fridge with chalkboard paint. A simple project you can do with any kegerator, or anything really. My plan was to have the ability to write what beer was in each tap. However, up until now, I'm pretty sure my four-year-old daughter has gotten the most pleasure out of this, as she could "draw on something" without getting yelled at.
